  U.S. Wheat Associates
Develops export markets on behalf of American wheat farmers, for all classes of U.S. wheat. Working in more than 100 countries, USW offers information, education and assistance to buyers, millers, bakers, traders, and government officials in all export markets. The site is available in English, Chinese, Spanish and French.
 
  Wheat Foods Council
A United States nonprofit organization formed to help increase awareness of dietary grains as an essential component to a healthy diet.
 
International
  American Association of Cereal Chemists International
An interntaional non-profit organization of members who are specialists in the use of cereal grains in foods. This association publishes Cereal Chemistry and Cereal Foods World as well as books on grain and food science.
 
  American Oil Chemists Society (AOCS)
A global professional scientific society for all individuals and corporations with interest in the fats, oils, surfactants, detergents and related materials fields.
 
  Association des Amidonneries et Feculiers
The trade association which represents the interests of the European cereal starch industry both at the European and international level.
 
  CIAA, Confederation of the Food and Drink Industries of the EU
Represents the food and drink industries' interests, at the level of both European and international institutions. Participates pro-actively in the development of an environment where all European food and drink companies (whatever their size) can compete effectively for sustainable growth in the context of an enlarged EU and global markets, as well as meeting consumers' needs and playing their part in delivering the targets set by the Lisbon declaration of the European Council - that is, to become the most competitive economy in the world by 2010
 
  International Association for Cereal Science and Technology
An independent, internationally recognized organization of experts founded in 1955 as the International Association for Cereal Chemistry. The ICC is dedicated to international cooperation, developing standard methods for the well-being of all people and to the dissemination of up-to-date knowledge. Over fifty (50) countries are represented in the ICC.
 
  International Wheat Gluten Association (IWGA)
The IWGA currently has members on 4 continents -- Australia, Europe, North American and South America. A primary objective is to help food technologists identify those areas where wheat gluten can play an important role in new protein-based product development.

Represents all major manufacturers of breakfast cereal products in the UK as a central medium of communication with UK Government, political institutions at a European level, any trade, regulatory or enforcement bodies, etc.

Information on all Canadian grain, pulse and oilseeds commodities, how grain is handled, grade standards, issues regarding the Canadian grain industry, and, information on the GRL (list of publications, texts of conference presentations, etc.). Has links to many other sites and Canadian organizations.
 
  Grain Producers of Australia
Created to foster a strong, innovative, profitable, globally competitive and environmentally sustainable grains industry in Australia, GPA strives to establish a strong independent national advocate for grain producers based on a rigorous and transparent policy development process; engage all sectors of the Australian grains industry to ensure operation of the most efficient and profitable grain supply chain; and facilitate a strategic approach to Research, Development and Extension (RDE) intended to deliver sound commercial outcomes from industry research.
 
  Home Grown Ceral Authority (UK)
HGCA's mission is to improve the production and marketing of UK grain, to increase its competitiveness in UK and overseas markets. To achieve this, HGCA provides market information, promotes exports, helps in the development of products using UK cereals and funds research and development on behalf of the UK arable industry.
